Sergey Sitnikov, Ph.D., is focusing on climate change, carbon markets and related aspects of energy law. Sergey has worked on these issues since 2004. In 2005 he established and co-headed the Climate Change & Energy Efficiency practice in the Moscow office of Baker McKenzie. Among other things, Sergey participated in designing the legal framework related to the establishment of the carbon cap-and-trade system in Russia.
