Justin is a Legal Fellow at the Guarini Center and the Environmental and Climate Justice Initiative at New York University School of Law. His current research focuses on state-level environmental justice and cumulative impacts laws, as well as building decarbonization. Justin received a BA in English from Stanford University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law.

During his time as a JD Candidate at NYU, Justin’s clinical work and research promoted environmental justice and civil rights at the state and local levels, including litigation and policy advocacy in employment and labor law, housing, and healthcare. Through NYU’s UN Diplomacy Clinic, Justin also worked as a Student Legal Advisor with the Republic of Vanuatu Mission to the United Nations on sustainable development. As a student on the Environmental Law Society’s Advocacy Team, Justin also supported student research projects in collaboration with the Institute for Policy Integrity as well as Public Citizen.
