A recent report of the High Level Commission on Carbon Prices highlights the need for carbon prices of at least US$40–80/tCO2 by 2020 and US$50–100/tCO2 by 2030. The next question is how? \nInternationally\, the carbon pricing community includes advocates for taxes\, fees and dividends\, carbon markets both linked and independent.
